New Everlast PowerMTS 251Si Multi-Process Welder
Category: everlast welder

The latest evolution in digitally controlled multi-process inverter welders by Everlast is represented by the compact PowerMTS 251Si. Engineered to offer unparalleled versatility, the new PowerMTS 251SI boasts standard DC MIG, TIG, and Stick welding capabilities, along with advanced features like Synergic MIG, Pulse MIG, and Pulse TIG modes. Notably, it stands out as the only compact welder to offer pulse MIG and pulse TIG functionalities.
Operators can choose between touchless, high-frequency start or lift start in TIG mode, enhancing flexibility. The stick mode features increased adjustability with hot start intensity and duration controls. Despite its advanced features, operating the welder is straightforward, with all controls conveniently located on the panel face for easy access. Additionally, all connections, including the TIG torch connection with gas solenoid control, are conveniently located on the front panel, setting the PowerMTS 251Si apart from competitors who require TIG connections through side panels or non-standard connections with manual gas valves.
As pioneers in compact fully-featured inverter MTS units in the North American market, Everlast continues to lead the way in innovation. The new 2024 model features a Digital IGBT Inverter construction, making it MIG/DC TIG/Stick/Spool Gun ready, with Pulse MIG/Syn MIG and Pulse TIG function. The machine offers adjustable MIG/Stick Arc Force and dual voltage 120/240V capabilities, with both HF and Lift Start for TIG.
The 25 Series Euro fast connect MIG gun accommodates wire diameters ranging from 0.030" to 0.045", and the welder boasts a 35% duty cycle at 250 Amps, allowing users to save up to 9 programs. With 250 Amps of MIG and TIG power, and 200 Amps of stick welding power, the PowerMTS 251Si offers more than enough power to tackle a wide range of welding tasks, including up to 5/32" welding rods.
The 2T/4T torch trigger/latch function offers stepped control welding with TIG and MIG, while the adjustable MIG Wave arc force control manages slope/inductance and fine-tunes arc characteristics. The True DC CC/CV Multi-Process design eliminates the need for carrying multiple units for a single job, and the TIG Up and Down slope allows the user to control the end of the welding cycle. Backed by a 5-year warranty, the PowerMTS 251Si from Everlast is a testament to the company's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
