The new digital user interface of the Cyclone 312 features a 4.3" TFT LCD display that offers full contrasting color with bright and large numerical readouts, making it easy for users to read and adjust the settings. This new design incorporates many extra features that enhance weld quality and performance, such as pre and post gas flow control, inductance (arc force), and burn back control.

One of the standout features of the Cyclone 312 is the "Power Set" mode, a professional-level setup that allows both new and experienced users to quickly and easily dial in the correct settings.
