Everlast THUNDER 215 Multi-Process Welder

The PowerMTS 211SI, one of the newest multi-process welders in the Everlast PowerMTS line, has been completely redesigned with the user in mind, offering an all-around performer for your fab shop or work site. With synergic capability added to the MIG component of the MIG/TIG/Stick welder, the unit provides quick setup and easy use based on the user's input of wire diameter and metal type.

Featuring a standard MIG mode as well as a synergic spool gun mode, the welder allows for manual override in the Synergic mode, enabling the operator to fine-tune the settings to meet their expectations. The unit's capabilities cover a wide range of welding tasks, with the ability to weld up to a maximum of 3/8" in a single pass for MIG, 1/4" in a single pass for TIG, and use a maximum of 1/8" diameter electrode for Stick welding.

The PowerMTS 211SI includes a 10 ft. Trafimet Series 15 MIG torch, a Stick electrode holder with a 10 ft. cable, a work clamp with a 10 ft. cable, a 12 ft. 26 Series TIG torch, a spare consumable starter kit, and an Ar/CO2 gas regulator. The all-digital DC CC/CV multi-process inverter design offers the perfect welder for nearly every task, with a lightweight and portable design ideal for job sites and motorsports.

The operator-friendly control panel allows easy selection of features, including adjustable Arc Force Control for Stick welding performance and Burn Back control to keep the wire energized after feeding stops, ensuring a perfect length without the need for wire trimming. The 8" diameter wire spool capacity provides a good compromise for long-duration welding and portability.

Additionally, the unit features a 2T/4T torch trigger/latch function for stepped control welding with TIG and MIG, as well as an exclusive 9-channel memory function for storing favorite settings for quick setup. The welder is also equipped with High Frequency Start and Lift Start Modes for TIG welding, providing a versatile and user-friendly solution for a wide range of welding applications.
